All units are single family dwellings which are all brick and have a front entry porch, large rear porch, two private parking spaces at each unit, fenced rear yard for privacy, large living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer connections, two nice sized bedrooms and one bath. Each unit comes with a Range/Oven, Vent-a-Hood, Dishwasher and a Refrigerator.
Each unit is total electric and energy efficient construction.
Summer Stone furnishes water, garbage pick up on Monday’s and Thursday’s in front of each unit, pest control and lawn service. All trash bags must be tied to be picked up.

We provide overflow parking for guest parking.
We also provide quick and professional maintenance for our tenants.

From Columbus - JR Allen Parkway to Phenix, exit right on River Chase Drive, turn left at stop sign onto River Chase Drive, Continue on River Chase Drive 1.7 miles to the red light at Summerville Road, (Publix, CVS, Perice Crossing and Walgreens at this intersection) turn right and drive approx. 1.4 miles to Lee Road 315, (Summer Stone Sign is located on the corner) turn right and we are approx. 3/4 mile down on the right. The rental office is the first building on the left.
